The Art of Yoga and Zen

with Purusha Hickson and Yo-on Jeremy Levie
June 15 - June 18 (Thursday-Sunday)

“Where does the body end and the mind begin?” - B.K.S. Iyengar

“The entire unverse is the true human body.” - Traditional Zen saying
The Sanskrit word yoga can be translated in English as union. However, a better word may be
communion. Communion implies a sacred connection and intimate communication. Through yoga postures, conscious breathing, and Zen meditation practices, we will playfully explore how we are in intimate communication with nature, our breath, our body and mind; and ultimately the deeper parts of ourselves.

All levels are welcomed. There will be modifications for beginners and there will be opportunities for everyone to find and gently explore their edges.
